By contracting the services of The FIFO Trainer, the applicant (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the confidentiality and exclusive use of the materials and strategies provided throughout the CV optimization and FIFO job-readiness process.

1. Confidentiality of Information

The Client agrees not to disclose, share, reproduce, or distribute to third parties—whether verbally, in writing, or digitally—any information, methodology, strategies, materials, or advice provided by The FIFO Trainer during the CV optimization process and job orientation.

2. Exclusive Use of Materials and Strategies

All documents, templates, strategies, and recommendations provided to the Client are for personal and non-transferable use only.

They may not be used to benefit third parties or for commercial purposes without the express written authorization of The FIFO Trainer.

3. Prohibition of Reproduction and Distribution

The Client acknowledges that all materials, information, and services provided by The FIFO Trainer are the result of specialized knowledge and professional work.

Accordingly, they may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used outside of the Client’s strictly personal scope.

4. Duration of Confidentiality

The confidentiality obligation remains in effect indefinitely, even after the service has been completed, unless The FIFO Trainer expressly authorizes otherwise in writing.

5. Consequences of Breach

If the Client breaches any of these provisions, The FIFO Trainer reserves the right to:

• take appropriate legal action; and
• cancel any ongoing services without the right to a refund.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By contracting our services or submitting this form, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and commits to fully complying with them.
